The Procurement Department achieves this by overseeing product purchase and management of inventory levels to ensure proper supply and program attainment. The Product Manager will develop brand strategies including product life cycles, price positioning, profitability impact, and order points for inventory management for all Commercial, Farm & Agricultural products. Essential Job Functions:

Oversee product offerings and benchmarking with continuous review of line up and new opportunities.
Management of product cost, market price, life cycle, and recommend strategies to maximize profitability.
Insights to industry trends, market analysis, and understand traditional dealer merchandising screens.
Analyze price positioning with impact from industry changes, competitive campaigns, and sales programs.
Review of customer contract pricing and volume bonus programs in relation to market pricing.
Assist in developing sales strategies to maximize brand sales and profit.
Spearhead new product launches, establish new pricing, and facilitate training.
Maintain progress and attainment toward supplier purchase programs.
Establish order points and management of overall product inventory.
Identify opportunities to reduce overstock inventory.
Forecast management to better plan purchase and sell out progress.
Supervise and develop growth plans for Procurement Buyer.
Travel with the sales team to visit dealers to better understand market conditions.
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Other functions as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications:

6-8 years of experience with product positioning, pricing, and data analysis.
College degree required.
Tire or automotive industry knowledge preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with enterprise software solutions.
