Commercial Territory Sales Manager

Experienced Medium Truck/Commercial Territory Sales Manager with tire industry experience, preferably in So Cal market needed to creatively prospect, build relationships, sell and deliver memorable experiences to Tire's Warehouse customers. The TSM will create lasting relationships and foster the ability to grow and achieve personal and community goals as well as the company quality growth strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sell medium truck tire products and services
  • Self-prospect, manage referrals, support sales team efforts, cooperate with clients and access
  • Create the ultimate customer experience, educate all customers on the buying process, communicate, align, and reset customer expectations, and build and maintain trusting relationships, and develop customer loyalty
  • Function as a high performing team player and adapt to change, communicate and coordinate with team members on a regular basis, protect company assets and interests and mentor and develop talent
  • Meet sales quotas in their designated territories


  • Strong communication skills and relationship building capabilities
  • Ability to attain assigned sales targets; accountable for results within assigned region 
  • Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills 
  • Deadline and detail-oriented


  • Minimum HS degree, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in truck tire tire industry
  • Possess a valid CA driver’s license
